The Nonprofit AI Prompt Studio

AI tools do not know who you serve, how you talk about your work, or what you are not allowed to say, which is why their drafts sound like a nonprofit that does not exist. Fill in your organization once, pick a task, and the Studio assembles a prompt that puts your facts in and keeps the guesswork out.

Before you paste anything anywhereNever put personal information about clients, patients, donors, or staff into an AI tool: no names, no health details, no addresses, no gift amounts tied to a person. The profile below asks only for things you would publish on your own website.

The Studio runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. It does not save on its own: use Save my profile below to keep a file on your own computer, and load that file next visit so you never fill the profile in twice.

How to use the Studio
  1. Open each profile section on the left and fill in what you have; skip what you do not. Only completed fields go into your prompts.
  2. Click Save my profile as a file. It downloads a small JSON file holding your answers; the file stays on your computer and never travels anywhere. Next visit, Load a profile file brings it all back, here or on any other computer.
  3. Pick a category and a task on the right, add the specifics for this particular draft, and click Generate.
  4. Copy or download the prompt and paste it into the AI tool you use. If the reply comes back asking questions, the rules are working: answer them and continue.
  5. Verify every number, name, and claim in the draft before it leaves your organization. The model drafts; a human signs.
